Minerva West Theatre Company is seeking committed and engaged individuals to join our Board of Directors.
Why join our Board?
As a board member, you’ll help shape our strategy, expand our reach, and ensure our programs provide positive, inclusive create outlets and educational experiences for participants as well as varied, quality entertainment for the community. This is an opportunity to contribute your skills and experience toward the area’s growing cultural arts scene.

What We’re Looking For

A commitment to developing performance arts opportunities in our community

Experience in one or more areas: nonprofit leadership, fundraising, finance, law, marketing, community outreach, grant writing or DEI

Willingness to participate actively in monthly board meetings, committee work, events and event promotions, and fundraising efforts

Passion for creativity

Time Commitment
10+/– hours per month depending on performance schedules and ongoing events throughout the year. This includes meetings and engagement outside the boardroom
